Shipping policy

All orders are processed within 3 to 4 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) from our warehouse in Australia. You will receive an order confirmation email and another notification when your order has shipped. Please ensure your delivery details are correct before placing your order.

Standard Shipping Rates and Estimates

We currently ship to Australia only. We offer free standard shipping (7-10 business days) via Australia Post to all customers located in Australia. The price you see at checkout is the price you pay and there are no additional delivery fees. A signature will be required on delivery, and someone else can sign for the package if necessary. If you are not home to receive the delivery, our courier will re-attempt delivery on the next working day. We do not offer any expedited shipping at this time.

Valid Shipping Address

The shipping address you provide must be valid and will be verified by our team. We do not ship to PO boxes and mail forwarding services.

How do I check the status of my order?

After you've placed an order, we'll email you with all the details. Our shipping team has 3 to 4 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) to process your order. Once your order is sent, you'll receive an email with the tracking number. We always aim to deliver your package within the time specified, but sometimes there may be delays. If you have not received your order within 14 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at help@412vault.com with your name and order number.

Refunds, Returns, and Exchanges

We accept returns up to 14 days after delivery if the item is unused and in its original condition. If this criterion is met, we will refund the full order amount (minus the return shipping cost). For more information, refer to our refund policy.

If you change your mind before receiving your order, you can cancel it at any time before it is dispatched. Once an order has been dispatched, please refer to our refund policy for further instructions.

Process for parcel damaged in-transit

If your order arrives damaged, please email us as soon as possible at help@412vault.com with your order number and photo evidence of the damaged product. We will process a refund or replacement as soon as the quality control team has completed their investigation into the claim.
