What types of sneakers do you sell?
We specialise in rare and exclusive sneakers, including limited edition releases. Our inventory includes a wide range of brands ranging from Yeezy to Air Jordan.
Are all sneakers brand new?
Yes, all sneakers sold by 412 Vault are brand new and come in their original packaging. We do not deal in used or refurbished sneakers.
Are the products sold on 412 Vault authentic?
All the products we send are accompanied by an electronic authenticity certificate to certify and ensure the quality and authenticity of the product. Before arriving in your hands, they are checked by our experts to ensure their authenticity. All products come directly from our network of retail and professional partners. They have never been worn and are delivered to you in their original box with all accessories.

An authentication certificate is a document provided by 412 Vault that certifies the authenticity of your sneakers. It includes details about the sneaker, such as the model, size, and a unique authentication number.
Ordering and Payment
How do I place an order?
Placing an order is easy. Simply browse our online store, add the desired sneakers to your cart, and proceed to our secure checkout. You will receive a confirmation email once your order is complete.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept a variety of payment methods, including major credit cards such as Visa, MasterCard, American Express and PayPal. All transactions are processed through our secure payment gateway.
Can I cancel or change my order?
If you need to cancel or change your order, please contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate your request, but please note once your order has been processed and shipped, it cannot be canceled or changed. You will have to refer to our returns policy.
Shipping & Delivery
When will my order be shipped?
Orders can take between 3-4 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) to process prior to shipment.
Additional time may be required during promotional periods and the Christmas holidays. We ship orders Monday through to Saturday.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we offer free standard international shipping (5-10 business days). Most of our international orders are shipped on a DDP (Delivery Duties Paid) basis. This means that taxes and duties will be added at the checkout accordingly, and the cost of this depends on the country you are based.
How long does shipping take?
Shipping times vary depending on your location. Generally, orders are processed within 3-4 business days, and delivery can take 5-7 business days in Europe, UAE, Australia and 5-10 business days internationally. We offer free domestic and international shipping on all orders with tax included.
Exchanges, Returns and Refunds
What is your return policy?
We offer a 14-day return policy for unworn and unused sneakers in their original packaging. To initiate a return please use our returns portal or contact our customer service team. Full returns policy can be found here.
How do I return an item?
To return an item, please contact our customer service team to obtain return authorisation. Once approved, you can ship the item back to us. We will cover return shipping costs for unworn, faulty items. For returns of other reasons, customers are responsible for return shipping. We recommend using a tracked and insured shipping method. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
When will I receive my refund?
Refunds are processed within 7 days of receiving the returned item that meets our return conditions. The refund will be issued to the original payment method.
How do I exchange an item?
Easily exchange an item for a different size or colour through our return portal. Simply indicate your desired exchange on the return request and we will ship the new item to you upon receiving your return.
